We've been huge fans of Matt for over a decade where he has been head winemaker at Vondeling Wines.

Since leaving Vondeling wines last year we are delighted that he has started his own project - Copeland Wines. We visited his new place in February and his wines are absolutely delicious, with a little more creative freedom he's producing some of South Africa's best wines both in Paarl and Stellenbosch. He's the King of South African Merlot and is responsible for producing Nick's favourite wine, the Babiana (which many of you will know).

By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase

Tickets are sold subject to availability and are only valid for the specific event, date and time stated on the ticket.

2. Age Restrictions

All attendees must be aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification. Entry may be refused without a valid ticket or proof of age.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by the organiser.

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest provided we are notified before the event begins.

In exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may offer a credit towards a future event.

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the advertised wines, speakers, food pairings, timings or format of the event where necessary due to availability, supplier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Such changes shall not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

5. Event Cancellation

Should the event be cancelled by us, ticket holders will be offered either:

A full refund; or
A transfer to a rescheduled date.

Our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

6. Responsible Consumption of Alcohol

We promote the responsible consumption of alcohol. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed intoxicated, disruptive, abusive or unsafe. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Where food is provided, guests must notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 72 hours before the event.

Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate requirements, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

8. Photography

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to being included in such content unless they notify a member of staff on arrival.
